EFit was created by the client and trainer combination of Eoin Fitzgerald and James Cummins. The app has been developed to benefit users of all ages and fitness levels. They’re not reinventing the wheel – theyve just taken the highly successful method employed by James and his staff at Elite Training & Nutrition and applied it to a useful smartphone app.
There is a handy blog section with articles on training and nutrition written by top fitness professionals.
Users can select from a library of workout programs ranging from beginner to advanced.
The EFit app really comes into its own in the Personal Trainer section with features such as:
WHAT TO DO - On screen guide.
HOW TO DO IT - Video & written tutorials for each exercise.
WHEN TO DO IT - Weekly plan of workouts
TEMPO TIMER - Each exercise has a specific tempo.
MUSIC PLAYER - Option to train to your own music.
REST TIMER - To get the appropriate rest between sets.
WORKOUT LOG - Workouts are saved to your "Results" section.
PROGRESS - "Before & After" progress photo generation.
Simply put, the EFit app removes any guess work involved in getting fit. All you have to do is follow the program.
